How it works

We quote rates directly from FedEx and pass them through without markup by default. You see the exact same price the carrier charges us. On top of that, we charge a small per-label fee (see Growth tier) that covers our infrastructure, support, and roadmap.

Platform fees are invoiced monthly and auto-charged to your Paystack mandate. Detailed breakdowns live under/dashboard/usage and /dashboard/billing.
